What to expect:

 

Your first visit can be expedited by having your new patient paperwork filled out prior to your arrival.  This paperwork can be emailed to you prior to your appointment date. Dr. Corey will go over your history with you and get a detailed background on what has brought you to the office.  The examination that he will perform will give him a baseline as to where you are today which will help determine the appropriate care for you and your body.  Dr. Corey will take all of this information and prepare a care plan specifically for you.   You can plan for the initial consultation and examination to last about a hour.
